CONCERNING
SUSPENSION OF EXPORT OF SEA SAND

THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON SUSPENSION OF EXPORT OF SEA SAND.

Article 1

The meaning of "Sea Sand" in this decree is excavated materials of sand located in the Indonesian water territory, which do not contain category A and/or category B minerals in an abundant number viewed from mining economy point of view.

Article 2

(1) The export of sea sand as mentioned in Article 1 from the entire Indonesian territory as mentioned in Article 1 shall be suspended.

(2) The suspension of export of sea sand as mentioned in , paragraph (1) will be reviewed after the program for preventing damages of coastal areas and small islands has been arranged and sea territory borders between Indonesia and Singapore are stipulated.

Article 3

This decree comes into full force and effect from the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, this decree shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
